In the office and that home women are valued a lot less then men. Through out everyday life the women in society are shut down or told they can’t. With all the things going on in the office it’s an everyday occurrence of discrimination. For some reason issues like this are not apparent until a Gender Discrimination Lawsuit is filed.
There is no one in this world who should be able to be little a person who has done nothing to deserve such harassment. People can not change the gender they were born so what gives someone else the right to only hire this gender or to pay a different gender less. Just because you are different doesn’t mean you can’t go above and beyond someone of the opposite gender can.
To discriminate is to look down upon and it’s unethical to say that one person is any better of more apt to do a task than someone of the opposite sex is. To make themselves look better they always have to make someone else feel worse. No matter how much someone may prove their worth they will be shut down and degraded by someone who is infringing on their constitutional rights.
To down grade and put down someone because of gender is immoral and unfair. People should be able to work and walk with their heads high, but instead they must go the extra mile to prove they are worthy even for the smallest things. Life is too short to have to worry about what others think and to have to prove you can accomplish tasks because you are a different sex.
To be told you are too weak to perform a simple task just because ‘you’re a girl, ‘ is not something many women are okay living with. Gender insults are also quite offensive such as being told ‘you hit like a girl, ‘ ‘you throw like a girl’ degrades the women population not just the single human you are making fun of.
When it comes to the business world there is no excuse for someone to say “you can’t” because of your gender. To be put down time and time again is not right. Everyday people are faced with discrimination in the work place which just makes our country as a whole look bad.
A gender discrimination lawsuit is a way of showing the world how arrogant the plaintiff really is. If it’s not bad enough to think it they obviously had to say it for it to be brought to the court system. Save yourself the trouble and treat everyone equally. Equality makes the world a better place.
